Sponsorship Overview
Sponsorship is a critical and fundamental ingredient of the Winchelsea Festival. Over the years, the generous support by organisations and individuals is directly responsible for the event's success as a fundraiser toward the Festival's primary objective - the ongoing development and eventual completion of the Eastern Reserve sporting & community facilities "Master Plan".
Once more, we are appealing to sponsors big & small to join us in making this event happen, and making it financially worthwhile. The Winchelsea Festival offers a number of Sponsorship Packages - we recognise that donations are very carefully considered in the current financial climate, and we are keen to ensure that sponsors are rewarded for their generosity with community recognition and (where applicable) positive commercial benefits.
Sponsorship Packages are listed according to the amount of the donation - please feel free to contact us if you have any ideas or suggestions to improve our Sponsorship Packages. We are also happy to consider customising any Package to your needs, just let us know what you have in mind.
Platinum Sponsor Package - $3,000
- Signage and/or logo at both entrances to the Winchelsea Festival
- Signage on the main shearing marquee
- Logo/name in all print advertising
- Acknowledgement in the Winchelsea Festival Program
- 2 tickets to the Sponsors Lunch
- 4 tickets to the Winchelsea Festival
- A product display area or stall site
- "Major Sponsor" status on the Winchelsea Festival website, including large logo/name on the Home Page

Gold Sponsor Package - $1,000
- Signage and/or logo at both entrances to the Winchelsea Festival
- Logo/name in all print advertising
- Acknowledgement in the Winchelsea Festival Program
- 2 tickets to the Sponsors Lunch
- 4 tickets to the Winchelsea Festival
- "Sponsor" status on the Winchelsea Festival website, including logo/name on the Home Page

Silver Sponsor Package - $500
- Signage at both entrances to the Winchelsea Festival
- Acknowledgement in the Winchelsea Festival Program
- 2 tickets to the Sponsors Lunch

Bronze Sponsor Package - $250
